Journey: Post Move Acro Festival day 2
We were all up early for yoga at 8am and a lovely tumeric porridge for breakfast at 9am. The schedule is nice and relaxed with first acro session at 10:30am so you can take your time and really relax.
Heike and I both pushed ourselves with an advanced class that was right on the limit of my flexibility and strength. Definitely areas to work on ahead of Berlin Acro Festival. Although challenging and at time scary (controlled fall into headstand on bases hands!). We both enjoyed it.
After lunch I did a few tasks that needed doing and settled in to read my book. Mark has read loads and claimed the Kindle again, so we can fight over that š
The afternoon session we separated with Heike doing foot to hand and me doing counter balance inversions. After an hour I really wasn’t feeling the class, so settled in with the pups for more trading and cuddles. Mark and I both feel so rested, we obviously needed this break. Tonight I was on wash up duty which took an hour as part of the clean up team and we are both settled in. I quite fancy an early night, so may have sauna and sleep.
