Journey: Olsted – Copenhagen – Malmö – Layby near Hovdala
The festival was wrapped up in a typically warm and friendly fashion. Great breakfast, team building, singing and having jumped in to the festival, we at the end, fell out of the festival by each taking turns to stand on the bases shoulders and fall backwards to be caught by our tribe members – a real test of trust and community! A somewhat scary but exhilarating feeling.
We had the afternoon to explore Copenhagen so we took Heike and Joe to see Sleeping Louis – one of the forgotten giants and a touch more acro. Mark was very keen to have a proper curry and we are hugely thankful to Peter – the food at South Indian was amazing 😋We then had a nice long walk along the river to Norrebro. I’d recently found out my friend and pole instructor Holly has launched her Pole Freaks online tutorials and I’m really missing my pole family so tried a couple of moves. Fair to say my moves are as rusty as the street pole 😜
Having dropped Joe in Malmö (her first time in Sweden) we drove on towards a nature reserve but I’ve frustratingly caught a cold and my energy levels were low so we have spotted in a lay-by half way. Rare for me but I’m dosed up on medicine as Mark is adamant he doesn’t want to catch it…good luck 🤧
